Create opportunity where young people already are.

Schools and public institutions are where many young people first encounter ideas, creative disciplines, communities and opportunities beyond their family environment.

We work alongside educators and public organisations rather than arriving with a fixed programme. Institutions understand their students and communities better than we do. Our role is to listen, identify the opportunity or constraint, and then consider what combination of people, tools, programmes and resources may be useful.

What can we build together?

Collaborations may involve music and creative access, speaking and communication, ideas and inquiry, technology and AI literacy, enterprise projects, practitioner encounters, performances, public instruments or new opportunities designed around the needs of a particular school or community.

We do not need every collaboration to fit an existing programme label. Sometimes the more useful starting point is simply a problem worth thinking about together.

Our approach to institutions.

We do not arrive with the assumption that we know a school’s students better than its educators do.

You know your students and communities. We bring ideas, resources, practitioners, networks and possibilities to the table.
