Performance should not only reward development. The stage itself can be part of development.
Young musicians learn more than repertoire when they perform together. They listen, collaborate, recover from mistakes and contribute to something larger than themselves.
Our work with Young Musicians’ Orchestra supports an inclusive children and youth orchestral environment that creates meaningful performance opportunities beyond conventional elite and prodigy pathways.
